THE TECHNICAL STUFF
What does this warranty cover?
The following parts of a registered HH system are covered for two years after purchase:
· Bowl and nozzle
· Pump (if supplied by HydraHorse with a float switch)
· Hoses, connectors and fittings
· Electrical unit (relay, switch)
· Metal Bowl Brackets
· Metal Mounting Brackets
What is not covered by this warranty?
Installation is not covered by HydraHorse. If a dealer installs the system in a new trailer, the dealership should guarantee the installation. Self-installation is not warrantied.
What will we do to correct problems?
We will give a full replacement of any defective part.
How do you get service?
Contact your us or your dealership, supply your order number (found on the invoice or packing slip) and give a clear description of the problem. Return the defective part directly to us and we will ship you a new replacement.
What must you do to keep the warranty in effect?
Keep all records of your original purchase.
Use the system according to directions, including winterizing.
Repair loose connections to the hoses.
Maintenance is the responsibility of the customer.
